Raw fish
This sake goes well with various kinds of fish such as red snapper, founder and salmon, oyster. You can also try other fishes. We recommend sea food salad, carpaccio and sashimi for thi sake. Of cource, this sake is good for sushi.
Grilled fish
This sake goes well with Grilled fishes. The following fishes might be incluede in the grilled fish's dishes. Octoous, Salmon, Red snapper, Flounder, Sqiud, Tuna, Mackerel, and so on. Fish and chips might be one of recommended dishes.

Cold temperature
7 - 10 degrees Celsius is good for all of categories of sake : Honjozosh, Daiginjosh, Junmaishu, Special Junmaihs.
Normal temperature
15 - 20 degrees Celsius is good for all of categories of sake : honjozosh, Daiginjosh, Junmaishu, Special Junmaish.
Hot teperature
The hot temperature is categorized into three types. 1, Nuruka: About 45 degrees Celsius 2, Tekikan: About 45 degrees Celsius
3, Atsukan: About 50 - 55 degrees Celsius The higher the temperature is, the stronger you feel the alcohol and the milder the taste is.
Notice: Daginjoshu and ginjoshu is not
suitable for hot temperature.
